How bigger engagements are quoted
Anything beyond the entry points above is quoted individually, in writing, after a short conversation about scope.
| Piece of work | Fixed fee | How it is quoted |
|---|---|---|
| Simpler IT Environment programme | £180 per stage | Fixed fee per stage, agreed before each stage starts |
| Digital Workflow Improvement | £160 per process | Fixed fee per process reviewed, agreed once the flow has been mapped |
| Technology Troubleshooting | £95 – £180 | Fixed fee per issue, agreed once the fault is understood |
| Full review across multiple sites or teams | £195 per site | Quoted site by site, so the work can stop after any one of them |
Larger pieces of work are staged. Each stage is a separate fixed fee agreed in writing before it starts, so the total is never one large invoice and you can stop after any stage.
Before you ask
Why is the fee payable in two parts?
Half on agreeing the scope and half on delivery. It means neither of us has to carry the whole risk, and it keeps the engagement short.
What if you find nothing worth changing?
You still receive the review and the written findings. If the honest conclusion is that your setup is fine, that is a useful result and it is documented as one.
Are there any costs beyond your fee?
We charge nothing else. Any third-party software or hardware you choose to buy is paid for by you directly, at whatever price you negotiate. We take no mark-up and no commission.
Do you offer refunds?
If work has not yet started, the scope fee is refunded in full. Once work is under way, the fees cover time already spent, so they are not refundable — this is set out in our terms.
Do you charge for the initial conversation?
No. The first conversation is free and carries no obligation. Many enquiries are answered entirely within it.
Not sure which entry point fits?
Describe what you are dealing with and we will tell you which piece of work, if any, is the right starting point.
